Who we are

The Dick Hewson Swim Fund honors the legacy of the "Father of Loveland Swimming" by championing regional swim advocacy and expanding access to youth swim lessons. Your support helps continue over 60 years of life-saving, confidence-building swim opportunities for local children.

The Dick Hewson Swim Fund is held under the 501(c)(3) nonprofit umbrella of the Loveland Swim Club—an organization founded by Coach Hewson himself in 1966. His vision lives on through this fund, which continues to support swim education and access for youth across the region.

All donations to the Dick Hewson Swim Fund are tax-deductible and directly support the next generation of legacy swimmers in Northern Colorado—continuing a tradition of impact, opportunity, and excellence in youth swimming.
